By registering for this workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and is non transferable unless prior written approval is granted by the event organizer.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made fourteen days or more prior to the event date are eligible for a fifty percent refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the event for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or personal circumstances. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.

The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, content, materials, venue, or format as reasonably necessary. In the event the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be notified and issued a full refund of the registration fee paid. The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or lodging expenses.

Force Majeure

The event organizer shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellation of the workshop due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, power failures, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event or issue refunds at their discretion.

Recording and Media Release

By attending the workshop, you grant permission for the event organizer to photograph, audio record, or video record portions of the event for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. These recordings may be used in future marketing materials, social media, or digital products without additional consent or compensation. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, including but not limited to presentations, frameworks, tools, worksheets, slides, recordings, and written materials, are the intellectual property of the author and event organizer. Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, sold, or distributed in any form without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in the workshop is voluntary. Attendees assume full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and results following the event. The workshop content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. The event organizer and author shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in the workshop.
